La Bocca del Vulcano. With numerous possible interpretations! The official one is the following: "La Bocca" calls to mind food, "il Vulcano" the place where the Restaurant is located, namely, the town of Santu Lussurgiu spreading like an amphitheater over the western slopes of the volcanic massif of Montiferru in a deep depression thought to be the ancient crater.
